Won't play random order

This frame provides a high quality image, but has a couple nits which should be addressed.

1. The images won't play in random order. So, you get the same presentation every time. This gets a little annoying if you have a lot of photos.

2. The Moaaicview (multiple images on one screen) doesn't arrange portrait and landscape photos like Westinghouse does, making it much less appealing.

My frame was refurbished, and it came with a popped internal mounting clip. I had to disassemble the frame to repair it.

liar seller

This is one of the merchandise I purchased out of too many merchandise from Amazon. Sometimes from the third party seller.

But this seller sold me a used item saying it is brand new and it's remote also didn't work.

Then once i wanted to return it. Amazon told me contact seller. After long procedure and for seller's neglegency i received return label late. Once i sent merchandise back. UPS were able to deliver in 3rd attempt to seller.

Once I asked Amazon already i returned merchandise why not my AMEX is getting credited; according to Amazon then credit my money back on 29th September, 2010. I should talk to American Express.

According to AMEX definitly money were not credit back bcs. it does not show in my account as of today 10/20/2010. Almost a month now. Right now i'm in the process of disputing transaction.

Anyway bottom line nobody should buy anything from this seller and Amazon should not do any future transaction with this seller.
